ARROW CASTS SUPERNATURAL ALUM AS CUPID
Arrow will meet his (crazed) number one fan in Season 3.

Carrie Cutter - aka the DC Comics villainess Cupid - is coming toArrow's Season 3. And she's being played by Supernatural's Mama Winchester herself, Amy Gumenick.
EW.com broke the news that Gumenick - who played the younger version of Sam and Dean's mom, Mary, on The CW's Supernatural - will play the dangerously obsessed fan who has a lethal crush on Arrow.
Arrow executive producer Andrew Kreisberg, who actually created the Cupid character when he was writing for Green Arrow, told EW "I always loved the idea of Green Arrow having a crazed fan."
Cupid will appear on episode six and seven of Season 3.

I never thought they would actually do Cupid on the show for some reason. But I guess with Felicity/Oliver coming down the road it makes sense.
Who the fukk is this Cupid character? Was she used in the DCAU/Timmverse?
