There are levels to armament Haki and what bum did we see skywalk? All I recall are the vinsmoke needing tech to "skywalk". You sure the skywalk was under their own power?

You seem to be missing the point entirely here. It's not the performance of what he did, it's that skywalking was built up as something unique to Sanji, something that gave him a specialty during battle. Remember when Sanji fought Doflamingo they made it a point to say Doflamingo could only travel through the air if there were clouds around he could attach strings to. He couldn't skywalk like Sanji. Then we see that not only is it not unique but multiple no name characters under Big Mom can do it to.

we been knew that though...its something they teach in the Marines....Rob Lucci can do it...and the version we saw is cannon fodder in comparison to the big three at least and probably a few others.
