More black people need to get into real estate for more than sales. Mortgage loan brokering, property management, appraisals, state and federal positions.

More alternatives: black people gotta directly fund our farmers or more black people need to hold USDA positions where they can approve the loans. Direct funding will be more immediate.

To be fair black ppl DO have to jump through hoops just to get even a small business loan

Yeah, but when this the alternative:

Guys and gals like him in the financial grift eat good off the ignorant ppl in our community. All they gotta do is make a video and start it off with “things that banks don’t want black people to know” or “this is what white people do “

The hoops worth it if it mean gettin' black people to do it the right way and push black people in the right economic direction. Scammin' played out.
Had many "people of color" get funny with me about loans, I have great credit and savings. It was the black people working at the banks that pushed my applications through. So, again: black people need to be in these job positions to look out for other black people for all black people to get ahead. It's only hard because we ain't doin' it right. If black people competed like other groups, y'all would see how few allies we really got. Them people take care of their own with no funny shyt. Been time we did the same.
