There is certainly more disdain towards hip-hop, for an array of reasons. That said, the prevalence of hip-hop in American culture gives a chance for that disdain to come out. Can't say the same about Broadway

Fair. I also biased due to college, but all the people rapping on campus always showed love to the theater people. Now some of those singing groups...I forget what you call them....that's another thing lol.
