Bradley Cooper could pull off an upset tonight. It's a similar situation when Adrian Brody surprised the show and won years ago.

Other than that, the only other debate in the main categories will be best picture between Boyhood and Birdman. Both films are pretentious as fukk anyways. It's a shame Nightcrawler and Selma got overlooked.

Wrong thread for it but since there's enough comic book lovers here, Best Buy has most, if not all, of the recent DC animated joints on sell for 9.99 on blu. Picked up Dark Knight Returns and Public Enemies today

Well if the academy wasn't so offended by the oscar campaign by Selma, we'd be talking something different breh. But I think I gave it to birdman for best picture because it's about actors and writers and they love that kinda thing. But Linklater is getting best director

American Sniper is the unknown because it was NOT nominated for any other awards (Golden Globe, etc). I remember listening to Bradley Cooper on Howard Stern saying he didn't think he would get nominated for the Oscar because he wasn't nominated for anything else. I'm thinking Cooper might steal best actor...
