Frankly, the high majority of those movies aren't really deserving.

The best thing this year was X-Men, and while I thought it was good fun, I don't think it really was deserving of any major awards.

Last big win was Ledger for Dark Knight...gonna take that type of performance and direction...and most of those movies don't even attempt that level.
