This is facts. I ran this in Junior High, hated it. I preferred Long Jump. Coach asked me to run the 400 a few times and I remember pulling my quad and still finishing the race. That was the last time I ran that shyt.400m is still the hardest race ive ever done growing up doing track and field, not even cross country/100m/200m. Full track sprint.
That was insane by Hall to fight back like that, arms flailing and everything. Incredible
