If it is someone got to explain the last minute rule change.

They weren't denied, just slightly delayed. The misinformation/conspiracy theories about it is crazy lol

The communication around that rule change was clumsy but that change was likely for security concerns as if you come with your own vehicle, you need to go through more checks which makes sense.
