Most of russians are banned from this year's olympics. I guess it's china's turn to hold it down for doping medals. This is one of the better olympics so far when one of the cheating countries is limited to a very small amount of athletes.

No. A lot of their trash went to tennis. Which is no surprise since tennis organizations are heavily bribed by russians.
Also some of their athletes went to represent other countries just to compete. They are not completely gone from the olympics.

This is why I dont invest my time into these games other than the Olympics. You do all the tricks and judges can fukk up your score because for whatever reasons.
