His approach is not college kid friendly.. how can you motivate these young kids if your persona is to never smile. I dont trust him to gravitate to 4 and 5 stars and NIL. This mofo barely wanted to pay Brady anything close to worth.

Don't tell this to UNC fans, they've already drank the koolaid and have now become CFB experts in a 2 day span.
They'll need to hire some excellent recruiters, and someone to be the GM of all that, b/c there's no chance Beli wants to be kissing asses, dealing with NIL and portal too. I see what his motivation is, to set up his kid with a HC opportunity...b/c why else would he want to be at the college level, at a place that needs a full rebuild, when he could easily get another NFL HC job.
I think a lot of owners/gms don't want to give up the power/decision making that Belichick wants.
A lot of idiots in these front offices have felt empowered for some reason because they hire their dumb idiot son who is all of a sudden a subject matter expert.

I'm still skeptical...those post brady years were pretty meh...I used to think it was 50/50 coaching & brady, but it became much more clear that it was more Brady
