Nebraska was literally the perfect situation

In this era, there’s basically two ways to develop. You can go to an elite program like Georgia, TX, USC, etc and wait your turn, or go to a smaller university, get immediate playing time, and then transfer when teams are in “win now” mode and want an experienced QB.

He gets to come in and start immediately and if they get Nebraska rolling there’s really no need to transfer later on.

It helped Arch Manning to sit. He looked small and weak armed last yr. He looks like a grown azz man now, with even more athleticism and explosiveness. And a lively arm. Was not ready as a freshman
