Since when has teams had issues going into Kyle field and winning? Their traditions are weird, their stadium looks like it can collapse at anytime, and they can get loud but they don't have a history of being a tough place to play. No notable streaks or anything.

Seems like they neglected to 'measure' atmosphere and opted instead for consistent crowd attendance amongst other things.
