While I agree with most of what you said here, he's a gold glover. So he wouldn't be totally useless.
I'm not sure he's a 500m player neither, but we'll just have to wait and see what that next contract looks like.

He hit 44 homers and 102 RBI last season on a strong Orioles team. He had a on base plus slugging ( ops) of .814 and a OBP (on base percentage)of .308. Very good offensive production and statistics
Downside, he just turned 30 already back in October. Don’t expect him to steal many bases, he lacks the speed for it. He’s a below average defensively right outfielder.
Upside: he’s a slugger that can hit for both power and contact. In the last three years, he drew 55-58 walks per season. He gets on bases with regularity.
He hit 33 homers and 89 RBI in 2022 and 28 homers and 95 RBI in 2023.
