here's the thing too - when Miller played better comp, his numbers fell off dramatically
Miller 2FG:
all teams: .483
vs top 50: .385
and on top of that, ppl have been pointing out the spacing between the two teams as well;

Scoot was arguably Ignite's best shooter this season too
john jenkins damn sure wasn't it. 22-23, scoot shot 47% "scoot can't shoot" and "scoot's volume isn't the same" are VERY different statements
and let me preface this by saying I *like* miller. But his growing pains line up exactly with what we already went through with Miles and Miles is a finished product on a discount at this point. If its BPA, then Scoot's playing better comp at a younger age and behind a real three point line.
and lets go shot charts too ftr
scoot
vs
miller
again, i *like* miller. but a 6'9 guy that's not on the high end of active/productive beneath the 3pt line is plainly not taking full advantage of his size.
i don't think scoot is some can't miss guy, neither is miller. but bpa and upside? the answer is a slight edge to scoot. fit? lamelo has had middling guards have career high or resurgence years when he's run a 3 guard lineup.
