Any random 2* that Dantonio scouted and got to the league I thought would be ass in the begining (Leveon Bell, Darqueze Dennard, Trae Waynes).

On the flip side...I forget buddy's name, he was a 5* O-Lineman from MI, in the 2018 or 2019 cycle...he never started, I don't think he ever even played a down...transferred to Memphis and I don't think he ever played there...and now idk if he even plays football period. How tf you born like 6'8 350 lbs. and not have any desire to play ball?

Any random 2* that Dantonio scouted and got to the league I thought would be ass in the begining (Leveon Bell, Darqueze Dennard, Trae Waynes).

Ion really hype too many niccas up as I don't pay attention to too many of these dudes in high school like others, but Marcus Vick. I remember telling niccas he was gonna be on same level as Mike, if not better smh.

I don’t admittedly keep up with recruiting like that because it’s all relative til 1-2 years later, very rarely do you get day one talent unless you the big three, and you are more than likely going to sit going there, and that’s if they are good, and if they don’t transfer out

I thought he’d be a problem too, unfortunately he was a different type of problem, lil nikka was hard headed, but when your brother the man, with nfl money, you got a nice whip and folks kissing your ass because of your last name, welp…, i went to school(chiro) with a cat that was on the team with him, Told me about an incident where he cut the line at McDonald’s dude said something, Marcus Slumped him, and i think they had to pay him off or something

Passing on Lamar while throwing out offers to pocket passers like Tyler Queen and Sean White, and then getting a less proven version of Lamar in JF3 was weird to me.

I don’t think Lamar necessarily jumped off the page as a HS recruit but they coulda certainly gave him over a try…just don’t understand the fascination Gus had for pocket passers in general
