Man once these nikkas start to win a couple of big games and Deion gets the energy right on campus/stadium and these big recruits start feelin comfortable in a spot like Boulder, Colorado them flood gates gone fly open …if they can get 8 wins for example and upset a team next year it’s over

I think we are plotting a course that we don’t know how it will go, I’m more tempered in my expectations, it’s one think to snag a few guys that’s leaps and bounds better than your comp, i like his oc, but this is another level and i want to see this play out, I’m sure if big if he can string together some progress he may catch a couple, but fellas not going to Colorado in droves
The pac 12 is not that top heavy …this ain’t the SEC with perineal superpowers dominating year over year …fukking Utah is the best team in that conference lol …if they can get the ball rolling and a couple of solid winning seasons strung together to show these kids it’s not some sideshow or just media hype …their parents are going to start wanting them to play in boulder … and again if a few of those dudes get drafted that will open the flood gates to be a premier transfer portal location
..but we’ll see ..one thing I wasn’t sure about was whether the AD would give Deion the full reigns but now that it’s clear he’s willing to do that I don’t see why they can’t flourish ..they have the facilities..they have the conference name brand ..they have the media spectacle.. they just need to win and play an entertaining brand of football now

tbh, if he proves he can win 10 games a bigger program will come scoop him up and UC will have to either match some huge contract or let him go.
Thing is...I can't see and of the old traditional prgrams (like an oklahoma or ND) making an offer to Dieon, and unlikely some racist ass SEC school...
...but maybe like an FSU (he'd jump ship in a heartbeat) or Oregon (colorado doesn't have Oregon money)
What bigger program tho ..because that’s a really interesting question for him …if he’s already at a p5 school and has carte blanche over how things roll and they’re just happy to have him so they won’t complain too hard ..do you really need to leave that to go coach for a place that’s only partially bought in …IDK I think Deion probably has like a list of 3-5 schools he’d leave this situation for and that’s it … But shyt who knows ..I didn’t think he would go to boulder either lmao

Depends on what the money is like...Looks like he's getting about $6M/year...that can very quickly get bumped to $8-10M/year range with a hot season, and some big wins. Maybe UC can match and he'd stay but if not, anyone would be taking the money
