Hearing Saban give his reasons hit home. I said a younger saban would not have loss that gm the way he did. Thats basically what he said in his interview. He believes he failed the team becuz of his age. But there is nobody that can replace him, even at this age. Kirby is the only one. He trained him too well.
This is why I asked why didn't he hire better coordinators. He could feast at Bama by doing what Harbaugh did. Just get nfl positio coaches and offer them coordinator roles and just worry about recruiting.
