Lewis is a quality depth piece for y'all.

The Terry pick I'm a little mixed on. I figured you'd grab a guard of some sort in the event that Lonzo's knee is more serious. Y'all went with the guard with more size and since all these other PG's are just as unproven as Terry is, it's a reasonable gamble (and the PG run didn't really start til 29).

I don't have a terribly high ceiling for him, but rotation piece is worth it at 18. I woulda took Branham seeing how everything shook out.

Magic GM was pissed Paolo didn't come in for a work out, I never seen an organization with the #1 pick promotion another guy(Jabari) as much as they did, to draft a guy who pretty much didn't think you would pick him at #1(scheduling his work out for the last week of the draft, when they brought in Chet and Jabari the same week and post Jabari s full work out, had him eat dinner with their young core etc etc). Jabari even had a quote saying "I only see myself as top 2" so magic had to promise him that that he was their guy or Chet.

For the price we paying and the pick he was might as well keep him. He already the best passer arguably and best perimeter defender. Off the bench he is asked to do less

Some of these potential 2nd round picks Some of these kids were projected lottery picks in mock drafts back in Oct/Nov

EJ Liddell was looked at as the only 1st rd pick for Ohio State, but outta nowhere, here comes Branham to be the only 1st rd pick while EJ fell to the 2nd rd
