Are the Kings really going to draft another guard in this draft?

Honestly i think they could…one thing the gm wants is length and 3 point shooting

Ivey,sharpe for SG
Murray or they top 3 bigs if they fall as a PF

Also could see them trading the pick for a player

Koloko being top 3 in the shooting drill is great for his stock...

Rafael Barlowe just said Patrick Baldwin Jr looks bad in this combine, in addition to his all time low vertical testing numbers:

I had Baldwin juuuust outside the 1st round. Now I’m thinking he might need to go to Australia or some lower league to resuscitate his stock because everything has gone wrong for him.

Yeah even Australia isn't a cake walk like some expect. LaMelo and RJ Hampton didn't shoot lights out over there. Makur Maker played excellent ball to end the season, shot well in his last 20 games and helped his team win the championship, but no one even noticed. He might just have to go through the transfer portal and work himself back into 1st round consideration like Quentin Grimes did.

Real shyt, while the top 3 this year in a vacuum don't touch the top 3 last year in a vacuum, when you combine them with the picks with they had last year along with their current core are going to be insane.

If it's:
1. Chet
2. Jabari
3. Banchero

Those are natural fits with:
1. Orlando - defense at center to go along with Suggs' defense in the backcourt and Wagner's overall game.
2. OKC - Jabari's catch and shoot to go along with SGA and Giddey's passing.
3. Houston - Banchero's iso and playmaking to go along with Jalen Green's iso and playmaking, Sengun's iso and playmaking and KPJ's iso and playmaking.

This dude combined with Green, Sengun and KPJ I feel like can get a match-up problem anytime they want, but put them in a motion offense and watch them blossom:

Last year's draft the talent individually were better, but this year whatever the order may be are incredible fits.

Bachero though is 6'10 245 lbs. That's Ben Wallace, but with an offensive arsenal :wow:.

NBA draft combine: Biggest questions, scrimmage standouts from Thursday - Sports Illustrated

Combine news and thoughts

NBA Combine Results 2022: Thursday Measurements, Highlights and Top Prospects

More measurements

cliffs: many at the combine think Orlando will pick Jabari Smith

-don't rule out Banchero over Holmgren at #2 for OKC (opinion: nonsense)

Terquavion Smith made the biggest impression and while he has the option to go back to NC State, most feel that's not gonna happen. He's probably locked up a first round selection and got compared to Bones Hyland according to Hollinger.

Jalen Williams also carved out a role as a solid role player.

Trevion Williams: shot too many threes but at least was decent at it, but can play inside and out.

Ryan Rollins- might still go back to Toledo but received good feedback.

Michael Foster- physically ready, but still has a ways to go developmentally

John Butler- probably too thin to be much more than a 2nd rounder now, but according to Woo, can be very unique.
