If OSU can actually convince blue chippers to move to (of all place$) fukkin Ohio... then I'm starting to think that location matters less than I initially thought.

i mean nikkas will usually stick to a close area obviously it’s outliers, but Oregon has a problem with getting southern talent

Ohio is ass but no cap Columbus is like a mini, less cultural, more gay version of Chicago.

I fukk with AA too, but CBus has a bigger city, less college town vibe

money....its a new age in cfb now. i think A&M just showed what money can do in getting the best guys
Past success/history- i dont know if young guys care about what programs did back in the day. sure u want recent success and stuff. if you were winning back in 70's/80s i dont know if kids care about that. but i guess all the kids that wanna bring the U back may have me as incorrect
Winning-if u can show kids that you consistently putting out a good product they gonna buy in and wanna keep the winning going.
Facilities/uni’-teams aint raising millions of dollars for nothing. they know getting that indoor practice, great weight room, locker room, all the other things that make kids life easier or look great on social media
Coaching- shouldnt this and gradution to the league be the same thing. because you want players to pick schools depending on the coaches and guys thats gonna development them to get them to ultimate goal...the NFL
Location- i mean if you winning they gonna come. yeah some parents might be hesistant to send they kids that far from home but they get over it
Chance of starting/playing earl- i dont know how big is this. because u see players end up at schools with a log jam at the position just to go to top school. and then they end up transferring. u get some that stay and keep working to get to starting spot
Graduation to the league- i mean teams keep up with this and go into these high schoolers home and tell them "i've gotten x number guys to league" dont u wanna be the next 1
Education- i dont even know if some kids care. they only there to play school. i mean u look at the majors some of these kids were having when these broadcasts were showing them that shiit was simply bad looks

i think playing early isn’t a thought until it’s a thought, because every kid thinks they can buck the odds, even though they the 7th wr or rb etc and then be like damn i won’t see the field maybe i should leave

money is a big factor and matters over a lot of this shyt

i feel like winning matters but doesn’t because when you go to ole miss you know you not really beating lsu or Bama so you settling

I think coaching is a wild card because literally the coach recruiting them/position coach can be gone before they even get on campus

For most prospects (Elite) the bold is most important with education at the bottom, imo

They do all the other stuff at a high clip, and excel at specific thing like money or history

and i think oklahoma definitely has wins of significance :patrice:

How much winning matters (obviously objective) but serious question

When a team like Pitt, or Indiana have a good season does that get them recruits??
Thems that have been winning, do they still have to pay for players

At places that matter coaches literally change as the recruiting process goes

if past success matters it’s whole lotta programs that should be better
