Chances make champions
Penn State strictly because of consistency and they had a good 2022 class. Plus Michigan state is portal fodder and it isn't sustainable. They'll lose 5 games next year for sure.

i think we can objectively look at psu, and say they are possibly trending down, despite him making some hits in the recruiting trail, the product has looked unstable, how are you an offensive minded coach and you struggled with Illinois, and lost, last year it was an amazing game but blew it to Indy if I’m the admin at psu why would you give him the massive contract, i mean who can do better, but still
