Kids you would normally be able to recruit aren't signing until they get their best offers. Why sign with OU or LSU, etc when Miami boosters/alum are paying big bucks?

The landscape of football just changed with Lincoln leaving, and now at usc and bk at lsu, a lot of kids left programs, and a few got ran off. So that will have bigger impacts on the landscape than nil. I look around and I see the usual suspects eating the bigger share as usual, so who are these major kids that are holding out for money, that’s stopping any big dog from eating?? I see the usual ecosystem. Sure you got Texas A&M throwing money around like a drunk girl at brunch, but Let me know when West Virginia or someone like that starts beating the big dogs then my eyebrows will raise

That's how the game should go; there'd honestly be more parity if nikkas thats been sleep for a decade plus can just buy recruits to get back on top. The way it was before led to a smaller group of teams eating than what I've seen as of late. Plus, these blue chips can sign with a sorry team with no expectations, build them up to decent/solid and get paid. Instead of going to LSU or FSU and be considered sorry even when you going 7-5, 8-4. Side point being, I don't think the programs who was recruiting well but sucked should have room to be mad at how it is now

Y'all will be good, good for you. That doesn't change the fact that you can recruit a cornerstone or 2 to build on, they have a good Fall season and by spring theyre gone bc someone offered him more NIL money.
Miami has some billionaire attorney who is throwing money around like crazy. He's already being investigated but there's nothing that can be done.

My thing is, you got schools with subpar coaches and staffs but if I'm a recruit why not go somewhere with bad coaching and get paid big money upfront, vs going somewhere where you'll be developed but get less money
This simply isn't true though. You don't think Bryce or Stroud could've went somewhere and got a 10 million dollar bag if they wanted it?

This shyt been going on forever in College Football, Now some of it is just public. Some of Texas' bum ass WRs said they were offered more to leave but turned it down. The sky isn't falling unless we're maybe talking about a group of 5/D2 team or something.
