Norte Dame shouldn’t get any hype anymore until they actually win something
I would love to see examples of top players other than COVID sitouts, not playing week 13 games that are not bowl games. Plus a 9 win USC team going into that game is probably fighting to win the pac 12 and make a good bowl game.
Every starter will play for both teams in that game.

We’ve never seen kids actively sit out a regular season game, and 7-5 or not it’s not only a rivalry game, it’s a game against a team that might be ranked, it be who of them to play for draft stock
