I looked up and just discovered that Kevin Gausman might be the best pitcher in baseball not named deGrom.

We O's fans always lament that we can't find any pitching, but at one point we had Jake Arrieta, Ed Rodriguez, Josh Hader, and Gausman all in the organization.

You still ducked this thread hoping you'd salvage the final game of a 4 game set. I mean feel free to gloat about 4-3 on the series when 3 of those games were 12 games into the season in April with Peterson wnd Lucchesi on the mound for 2 of those games. We ain't the same team in June as we were when you beat us in CHI

Also yes your starters are weak but your bullpen is ridiculous. With your bats and pen, you can get in the playoffs and be dangerous without dominant starters. We've seen that over the past couple years

Still very surprised/impressed with how well the Red Sox have been doing this year. Not sure many people saw this sort of first half start coming for them. Still a ways to go, but impressive so far.

I definitely didn’t it was the pitching I was worried about. Franchises like the Red Sox they only will be down but for so long.

Still a long ways to go, but they've preformed much better than most people thought. And, I completely understand why people thought they would be awful.
