Watching this Nuggets- Blazers game ESPN is promoting the hell out of this Yankees - Red Sox Sunday Night Baseball game. I know both teams are competitive but this rivalry just don't hit the same as it did in the early 2000s.
Red Sox have no star players, long gone are the days of Big Papi, Manny, Pedro, etc. Still might catch some innings since my Mets are on a west coast road trip..

I still remember when Fiers threw his no hitter with the A’s. Siemen got a ground out and you can see his expression after throwing that ball. It was sticky as hell.
