The umpire predetermined the call and the replay office wasn't going to make him look bad. It's not just one game. Game in April count as much as they do in September.

Not sure if Byron Buxton is finally living up to his potential or he's just been extremely lucky so far
we will see once pitchers start making adjustments against him.
Lucky isnt what hes putting up. Obviously this rate isnt sustainable but he has legit power and he has a lot better command of the strike zone. He hadn't hit a HR to Right field before this year and has two already. I think hes only swung and missed at 5 pitches the whole year. Hes locked in and using the whole field which he didn't do before. Also helps when you're not down 0-2 in every count and dont have to protect all the time. I also think the previous regime probably were in his head about his swing to put it on the ground more to use his speed.
