Michael Conforto is losing a lot of money. The fake 2020 season fooled a lot of people. He's not a 200M player in any universe. When your third batter can't hit, it literally effects everyone up and down the lineup. The pitches the second batter would normally see with someone productive changes completely. Rojas has to drop in the lineup or bench him. This isn't a let him figure it out situation.

Well, you can’t bench him. Only thing Rojas could do is maybe hope McNeill heats up and move him up. Or switch him and dom.

I'm not sure about this 5 games into the season but the 2020 Conforto might be a number 3 hitter aka everything working right and not uppercutting stuff. Can't say that's who he is though. I'd put McNeil way higher in the lineup. He's not striking out as much and has been hitting the ball well.

He benched McNeil after two games despite McNeil actually making contact with the ball. If you're not going to sit him for a game, he can't hit third.
