Maybe I’m just slow.. but what is y’all’s argument right now?

They know they are going to lose to Georgia, but still want to get in the playoffs with 2 losses over teams that actually won their conference.... since that's not happening... the committee (who has made exceptions for Bama before) should just put them in and screw those other teams over.

Edit: It's clearly an agenda behind this argument, and it should have been deaded.

I wasn't even talking about this season. Bama is obviously out if we lose. I was addressing the ppl talking about expansion and every conference champion in fbs should make the playoffs instead of the best teams.

Best team should be decided on the field. Conference champions get in for every other sport because that's how they decide the best team.

Are we allowed to mention that this discussion is about 3 teams that would have one meaningful win; and these wins are over Michigan, Notre Dame, and Ole Miss... And the team with the win over Ole Miss, has the most losses, the worst loss didn't win it's conference, and struggles to survive against teams that are barely bowl eligible is clearly the big dog and should get the VIP treatment over the other teams?

I've never seen a team that controls it's own destiny argue it's case that they should be let in before.

What does he do when Notre Dame hires somebody else to be the coach? Since we all know that's what all of this grand standing is all about. Is he really going to not take our offer to be the highest paid DC in the country (college and the pros)?

he has to figure that move out, but we all know, that Kelly was full of shyt, if Luke comes and he stays at notre dame he could probably do good and be up for a HC gig soon, or he could go to natti if Luke leaves

I hope it works out for breh, but he’s going to get a hard lesson in the nature of the business when he finds out he’s probably not those Catholic cacs first choice and will be on a short leash even if he gets the job.
