McCaffrey wasn't even on the 3-deep his freshman year. Injuries and the suck in front of him got him carries. He was mostly special teams

Ok, so why are we acting like this dude freshman year will be indictive of his career? He looks pretty damn solid to me for a true freshman and he beat out alot of top talent to get the role, unlike McCaffrey who didn't beat them out. And I will almost assure you that Clemson has better talent at RB than Stanford when McCaffrey was there.
