Question for ya'll. What schools are the worst run football programs? FBS and FCS. I'm talking administration, coaching staff, facilities, no support from fans. Just horrible all around that you wouldn't recommend anyone to go to that school.

1. Tennessee for letting bottom feeders of a certain persuasion dictate how their school is run.

2. U of Miami for trying to front like they Harvard while sniffing Tony Montana’s stash.

Nah they try, I remember Penn st game last year and the Iowa game this year the stadium was packed, and they got blown out both games

For one reason or another in no particular order

Illinois, UConn, USF, wsu, Miami, Arizona, Texas Tech, Georgia southern, Portland state eastern Washington it’s probably a slew of other fcs squads
