@Freddie.Cane Tears of joy bro. Messed up thing is Urban was the nationwide obvious move and that option is gone. Recruiting wise, I could see them promoting Coach Donte as the HC, but that could be a problem in the long run.

I get caving when the LA Times and your own media dept is calling for his head, but the timing of the firing doesn’t make sense unless they have Stoops or Peterson in the wings. They can’t officially contact any other coaches until November.

In a way, I think that's basically what happened to Saban. That entire second Miami season he had was just dudes asking him to get to Bama, and he was doing more chumming with those dudes than he was doing with his own players
