Could this be a tactic to break up the MLB union and force players to accept a deal on owners terms? Or are they just not wanting the season regardless in any format?
That’s what they thought was gonna happen, but the union can’t back down because they know if they cave, they’ll get a shyt long term offer in 2022.

some owners at this point think they’ll lose more money by playing.

Alot of the 50 and up crowd will probably come back to watching this sport.

I cant see anybody my age (38) & younger coming back unless their team is in contention now or young & potentially exciting.

And there’s almost no way there isn’t another season long strike in 2 years right?

This is a warning shot to the union on what’s coming during the cba talks. The owners seem much more serious then in previous years. Better buckle up fehr and stay strong
