The proposal is an 82 game season they would start July 4th , with a universal dh, regional schedule,(al west teams play nl west teams etc) , 14 teams in the postseason with a 1st round bye and no fans at games initially.2nd spring training would start in June

passan said players want more games/money and that’s the only real hold up and could be a sticking point. They have 2.5 weeks to come to an agreement for this to work
