Besides Vince, Colt, and Ehlinger, Texas hasn't had elite QBs like that.

I mean it's their own doing. Or should I say Mack's doing. Missing out on all the Texas HS QBs.
It really is no excuse tbh.
Texas is probably the most underachieving program in the country considering the resources and amount of competition they face.
