It's well known that any GM for the Raiders is going to play second fiddle to Gruden. Still, the Raiders acquired a top talent evaluator in the league.

You said that like you have to be in the NFL to evaluate talent in the draft, which is false.

He is dead nuts accurate on linebackers. He was in LOVE with Luke Kuechly and Khalil Mack. He seems pretty good with defense overall, but not offense. He sucks when it comes to QBs though.

Gm’s are not made in the first round, it’s the third-seventh rounds


Bragging about top 10 picks amounts to really nothing. How about Blaine gabbert though, he loved him
