To double down, what does it say about Altherr when you don't trust him to at least get a sac fly in that situation? Short term gain but at what cost?

I just think we're desperate for OF bodies. I'm wanting to see who goes where if we ever stop getting hits. :heh: Rosario to left, like they said? :patrice:

We need Finding Nimmo byke :mjcry:

The one from LAST year tho ..

I didn't see the game because of work, but I'm glad they finally realized they were not playing the 2015 royals.

How did Diaz look? I saw he had a scoreless inning. Did he look like a real pitcher or were the royals just really bad

:ehh:

1-2-3 inning. Good movement on his slider. That and the way he battled back yesterday. :yeshrug:
Baby steps.

He looked good. The slider was finding it's spots.

Mets lost that first game because of the shytty schedule. It's not an excuse but how you play a night game, travel over night and play again the very next day? Bats were dead.

Anywho, Alonso's numbers are now:

.271
40HR
95 RBI
121 Hits
25 Doubles
76 Runs

Looks like he's gonna finish with 40hrs and 100rbi :whoo:

I got reminded of why I was frustrated with Ruben Tejada when he was a Met. This dude will hit a ball dead square on the barrel of the bat and the ball will die 10 feet in front of the warning track. Who else we got? :martin:

Where Dilson Herrera at?

And was Rosario in left today? :dahell12:

I've been traveling back and forth between Tampa and Orlando and the service here is trash, my video was pixelated like a mothafukka. Couldn't see shyt.

Offense came up big today. 3-3 on the road trip. Gained ground on Philly and Milwaukee. The Mets are going to be put through the grinder to finish the month.

If we can get healthy...

* Let McNeil rest his hammy for another week.
* Get Nimmo back as the Nimmo of last year.
* Let JD Davis' calf heal up for a week.
* Get ANYTHING from Jed Lowrie.

We can make some noise.

Polar Bears goin for 50. And Rosario went to left today because JD Davis hurt his calf again... and we don't have any other bodies.
