Yea some people liked Robinson more and yet Najee was getting the carries, that’s why players were pissed. and Najee started the season 2nd and Jacobs outplayed him. They had the same amount of carries anyways.
Huh no one was pissed what are you talking about lol. Najee's never been given anything because of his ranking, Jacobs and Harris are just good RB's as well. And Najee is better than Robinson but they are both great.

About 600-800 yards lost right there
So that's just 600 more yards that our other RBs will get obviously. We lost our 3rd string RB and are a pass happy offense, it's nbd. We didn't need Sanders this season

Who has the better season: Jalen Hurts or Justin Fields :jbhmm:

Both legit could put up 3500/800 type seasons

Players were unhappy, before the playoff there was a leak about how players were upset at how Saban handle the Tua-Hurts thing, Najee being given PT over more deserving players, and drama between the assistant coaches. All that was validated when the assistant all took off after the season too.

And you paraphrasing that y’all lost y’all “3rd string back in the pass happy” like he’s a nobody is exactly my point.

How is that validation? The name of the game is to be HNIC. The only questionable coaching move is Enos going to Miami. Locksley rehabbed his image after the New Mexico fiasco. Key went back to his alma mater. Gattis who wasn’t getting elevated to OC left for an OC job and the DC left for the NFL

If you wanna spin it that way, I know The plan wasn’t for those coach to just be there a year.

Well here Jalen Hurts momma talkin about players unhappy

Interestingly, she claims, via Bama Insider, the Alabama Rivals site, there is a “reason players aren’t allowed to speak to the media.” Furthermore, she complimented her son for “speaking his truth” after “three years of being compliant and controlled.” The quarterback’s mother clearly believes there’s more unhappiness in the Alabama locker room than the public is currently aware of.

In fairness to the Tide program, that can be said about every locker room in America. Each team has a certain number of players who are unhappy about their place on the depth chart or the number of touches they get. It’s impossible for Nick Saban or any coach to keep every member of his squad happy all the time.

Even so, Hurts’ words raise legitimate questions about what’s going on behind closed doors in Tuscaloosa. The Alabama program does take things to another level by prohibiting their players from speaking to the media on a regular basis. Saban isn’t going to change that policy anytime soon, but it does open up the door for speculation on what’s really going on in the minds of his players.

In Death Valley? Nah. How are they scoring on them?

Quite easily really. Clemson no longer has senior and junior pros on that D Line so they have to prove it to me first before I fear them in the trenches, FSU WR corp is better than Clemson's DB group, and James Blackman will be the best arm Clemson play all season. If people banking on FSU o-line being the same are just painting by numbers and don't know the true issues. FSU played the most combinations of o-linemen in the conference. A lot of players playing out of position and before they were ready due to lack of numbers and injuries. Now the line is 300lbs plus across the board after a year under their belt in the weight room. Also, the last two years I've watched Dino Babers offense give Clemson all they can handle.....and guess where he coached at and got the offense from? Plus its never been a talent issue with FSU, they were just puppies. 5* RBs Akers and Laborn, #1 Center Baveon Johnson, #1 DT Marvin Wilson, 5* DE Joshua Kaindoh, 5* LB Dontavious Jackson, and 5* CB Stanford Samuels are all just Juniors. Former #1 CB in the country LeVonta Taylor is a Senior. Clemson just really started recruiting like crazy (they were just 10th fresh off a chip this last cycle) so the gap isnt that wide in talent. Add in a competent QB and a bonafide star in Tamorrion Terry at WR, I dont fear Clemson at all. Plus we walked into Clemson before when they were riding high and embarrassed them. FSU will beat Clemson this year.

All that typing not goin to make it come true. I’m not saying that to be a smartass, I’ve been there before. But we’ll see, Kyle shannan is goin to make the offense look better and hide the flaws of that o-line
