It really is hard to rank coaches after like the top 5 because everyone's situation is different. Just because you have success at a small school, doesn't mean you're a top tier coach. Expectations and opponents and recruiting changes once you become a coach at a top P5 school.

Yeah Gus would def be a top 5 coach in Florida’s situation and vice versa for Dan and here. It’d be a great trade
