i don't know why teams are promising anyone ever, especially in a draft like this which is so deep outside of the top 7-10 guys. there will be alot of guys who fall and still a lot of lottery to mid first round talent getting drafted from 22-40. there is no way that utah promised anyone, and chicago would be stupid to have promised hutchison of all people when there are better players who will be there at that pick.
