Until proven otherwise we can't develop QBs, guess we're goin to have to rely on other schools to develop them for us, and you know what? That's OK for now but one day we're goin to have to develop that postition. It's too important

Yeah I hear you. If I was a qb with NFL dreams and LSU came through to recruit me I would be like . I honestly feel like we just teach our guys the playbook and nothing else. The real issue that nobody mentions is that Louisiana high schools mostly put their best athletes at quarterback. Every year there’s at least one highly ranked dual threat but those days of Peyton and Eli Manning even random dudes like Doug Pederson are long gone.


On a side note: I don’t know why but I just have a feeling that Chris Curry is going to be way better than anybody thought.

On a side note: I don’t know why but I just have a feeling that Chris Curry is going to be way better than anybody thought.

I been telling people that for the longest that I think he emerges as our 2nd back. Kid is a LSU back to a T. He's one of those bruising backs like Marshawn lynch types that don't shy away from contact. I don't think he has that break away speed to take it to the house on a 60 yard run but he's can consistently get us 5-6 yard runs and put a beating on the defense. Plus he has that Florida swag so I kno he won't be trash.
