it's the only way that makes sense. Cause some yardage numbers gonna show "oh yea UF looking great out there they really blowing teams out the water." Yeah the Idahos and central colorado states of the world but when it came to their SEC opponents they the same minus one TD.
You judge who they're playing against to see who they are and they aren't tremendously different. If they beat SCAR,LSU etc by 15 points then I'd happily say "Yeah this is a totally new team "
but you basically beating them by a 1 score difference it's "well they had 1-2 possessions go better this year "

No it isn't a factor. It's surface level analysis. Anyone who consistently watched Florida the last 4-5 years and understands football knows this was by far the best Florida team in a while... And it's primarily because of Mullen
