Why in the world did he come out early :dahell:

Stock wasn't gonna improve coming back FSU got better wrs coming up would've been bad look losing reps in 2017 he's a good kid but he feasted vs the trash squads his stats are very misleading and he disappears vs the good defenses outside of a 50 yard td vs the Gators on the bust he did next to nothing vs any of the top teams we played he killed it vs the Syracuse/Wake type schools he can't get seperation and YAC yards were ass.

Combine Report 2/28: Prospect Previews

As the football world descends on Indianapolis, we open our combine coverage with a few workout notes on the prospects who’ll be the first to take the field at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Contrary to reports I’m told Mitch Trubisky is expected to measure at or above 6-feet-2-inches when he weighs-in at the combine. The North Carolina junior presently ranks as the top quarterback on our board.

Much attention has been paid to Trubisky’s teammate, running back T.J. Logan, who we grade as a last day choice. Logan is expected to weigh-in around 195-pounds then hopes to run under 4.4-seconds in the forty. I would expect Logan to be one of the top running backs during position work as he’s a quick footed ball carrier who changes position on a dime and stands out as a pass catcher. I’m told the Philadelphia Eagles have taking a liking to Logan in the early going, something which makes sense for a variety of reasons.

Staying in the ACC word is Artavis Scott will be graded on his special teams skill as much as his pass catching ability. And its not just his punt and kick return skills, it’s the total special teams package as scouts feel Scott will also be productive lining up on coverage units. I’m told he’s expecting to run in the 4.4’s at the combine.

One receiver who expects to run lighting fast is Kermit Whitfield as the Florida State senior hopes to get under 4.3-seconds in the forty.

Look for Nebraska tight end Cethan Carter to turn in a solid workout. One of the more underrated players at the position, the senior expects to tip the scales around 242-pounds then run forty times in the low 4.7’s to high 4.6’s. Carter caught 19 passes for 190-yards last season after 24 receptions for 329-yards as a junior but was hampered by Nebraska’s offense. He’s been long considered a solid developmental tight end in the scouting community.

:russ:He''ll be lucky if he can run under 4.6

What makes you think he's slower than 4.6?

The guy has several 50+ yard runs on his resume. He even had a 70+ yarder this past year. He also outran the entire Florida secondary in 2015 when he ran for over 130 yards against them.

Dobbs is a freakish athlete. 4.4 might be aiming a little too high. But he's definitely at the very least a 4.5 guy.

He's as fast as Mariota who ran 4.52.

He'll run in the 4.55-4.60 range at best. If he was running a 4.4 he would be moving to WR since the NFL teams hate his passing game

Watch Lamar Jackson if u want to see a QB that runs a 4.4

That's pure cac fantasy. Just cause he's a black QB that is athletic don't make him a bad passer. Browns and Hue Jackson are very high on him. WalterFootball had him going to them in the 2nd round a few weeks back. Now they have him going to the Brown in the 3rd round.

If Dobbs is a day 2 pick, then obviously NFL teams don't hate his passing.

Yea I said if he ran a 4.4.. He doesn't. If teams saw more potential for him to get better in the passing game he would be a first round pick with the athleticism and intelligence he has
