DB is a position that is hard to evaluate when doing non-Power 5 or D2
-who is he really guarding/blowing up?
-were the ints great breaks on balls, or arm punts from bad QB's?
you have to factor in comp for any position on a lower level, but DB is tough
In addition to those two things, in general if a guy wasn't a playmaker against lower competition he aint magically going to turn into one on the pro level. You could look at Josh Norman's college tape and see that he could be somebody in the NFL based on the innate playmaking ability against the field. Now look at this guy the fukking Cowboys drafted as a S in the 4th few years ago and the competition he was going against, had bust written all over him
