Thinking about it, the Lakers have only one move that makes sense if these Philly trade talks are real. They have to pick Josh. Even if that means they trade him during the draft. If the Celtics really do plan on taking him, it's the only move that makes sense. Completely screws up any move Boston is planning if they truly want Jackson

Man i'm so tired of these smoke screens and games. Lakers need to just get Ball and be done with it (assuming Sixers don't grab him at #1)

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
I don't want to watch Kelle sitting at the top of the key while Simmons pounds the ball.

I think Brett Brown is a pretty good coach and his offensive sets last season had multiple ball handlers at times despite how limited the talent was. I don't think Simmons will dominate the ball too much, Fultz and Embiid would be the clear cut go to guys.

It's tough to decipher what's real vs what's fake. But if the Celtics do actually love Josh it's a no brainer imo

Lakers aren't in a position to gamble on that. You shouldn't draft based on what another team in another conference wants to do. Celtics aren't desperate. This is a deep draft. They can take Ball, Tatum, etc., trade with Kings for their picks, or trade the pick to another team for a star. They have a myriad of options.

See my mentality is since the draft is deep at the top we can gamble cause either we get someone we like

I think that's the only chance we have of getting who we love (fultz). I honestly think the Lakers FO is basically split on Lonzo and Josh

Dude has zero holes in his game and is an elite athlete. I do find his college resume unimpressive tho
You would assume a number one overall pick could will any d1 team to at least the tournament no matter how bad the team is

Simmons bothers me as well
