he's not an equal shooter, he was a streaky shooter over the course of his career. He did get hot after coach K came back (after being benched several times during Capel, who recognized that Duke wasn't gonna win with Kennard and Allen taking all the shots and being in the game the entire time cuz of the defense).

Allen is a short 6'4 and would play SG, he looked horrible tryign to play PG. Compared to Kennard who has reliable handles and actually looked Scheyer-esque when running the team. Kennard creates his own shot , while Grayson if he can't turn the corner cannot create his own shot, especially against good defenders. He wasn't playing on 1 leg, you're overstating his injury ..everyone has injuries .

You win breh, I didn't watch any games - and you are an NCAA scout and watched Duke games mutliple times. You win the pissing match...there's a reason Allen isn't in the draft....smh

Grayson Allen's NBA draft stock is falling because of his play, not his tripping

so much trash in one post i don't know whether to respond or keep it moving. he was streaky this year b/c of health, he shot well for the most part when healthy and again was shooting better than kennard at the end of the year. He shot well when given time as a freshman, and shot great %'s as a sophomore. he didn't get benched by capel, he got sent to bench by K a couple games after he fukked his ankle up against clemson at cameron indoor. It did better for them in that short term to have him come off the bench when he could just focus on scoring and not try to run PG or defend against another team's starters. he was measured at 6'4.5" twice in 2013 at LBJ and KD's skills academies. i've seen him next to redikk who is a legit 6'5" in shoes and he was equal in height but physically bigger. He is the same height as matt jones who is also 6'5"; he's definitely taller than frank jackson who is just under 6'4". And again, he's longer than kennard. kennard while having better handles was never asked to run point b/c he cannot get by anyone. he is crafty when he is fed the ball after running of screens into the paint or on the baseline. i agree that grayson needs to have better counter moves to his straight line drives, but he can get into the paint pretty regularly still. and kennard never ran the team, WTF are you talking about him looking scheyer-esque? just a bunch of BS

and that article about allen's draft stock was during his span of inconsistent play. he was playing much better at the end of the year.
