Suns trying to trade up for Lonzo? How sway?
I think they have the Miami Heats 1st rd picks for 2018 & 2019-----the 2019 being unprotected I believe.
I could have the years wrong, but they could decide to use those picks to leverage a trade.
Also rumors that they might shop Bledsoe & TJ Warren.
I wonder if they can get that #5 pick from Sacramento for Bledsoe, TJ Warren, and a future 1st(The protected Miami pick)?
They did the same thing last year and came away with two top 10 picks(Bender & Chriss)
I think that would be a good deal for the Kings. They get a top 10 PG and a young SF who's capable of averaging 20ppg
And let the Kings potentially step in?The 76ers are trash
They should have waited until draft night for fultz
I would have called bostons bluff

I could see the Cavs telling the Lakers listen if u don't give us a lot back we'll trade him to the Cavs and good luck signing him after he's played a year in Cleveland on a contender with Lebron
Ben should be a secondary ballhandler who is primarily a cutter/roller/lob target in the half-court.
If he's not the primary ballhandler that means that teams can just sag off his non shooting ass which makes his cuts, rolls etc harder.

Say the Kings do it and end up getting better. They don't just simply lose out... the Kings improving significantly decreases the value of Philly's trade assets (the Kings own picks). Philly did this to box out Sacramento and keep the Kings in the gutter as well as bring in talent that fits their existing young core.
1) The Lakers have no point in giving up too much for George because it's not like the Lakers are in a position to compete against GSW right now.
2) Even if PG joins the Cavs, it doesn't guarantee a chip. And it's chip or bust for that squad so the Lakers can just sit back and play the odds that Cavs won't win the title. And if they don't win then PG won't stay.
