You can do this with some dudes. Some you might be able to talk off the ledge. Others will walk. PJ trying to get to league like Earl Thomas. Not lettin anything get in his way.
Every player won't respond well to this like this dude did.
I'm pretty sure Jordan Elliott was somebody who couldn't handle this type of micro-management and bounced. But for the most part the buy-in from the players has been excellent. At the end of the day, we got to try something different because the 'buddy buddy' relationship thing didn't work with Strong. Herman will go hard at the beginning to instill his culture and eventually pull back and let the players lead but right now most of the players on the team haven't even experienced a winning season let alone a bowl game so they're going to naturally be open to try something new.
