I conceded... LSU losing that game was the best thing for both teams. Miles and his offense finally got tossed and n the bushes and Malzahn started to feel the heat and stepped away from play calling duties. Ironically, if Les Miles had done that he would still be coaching.

See, the previous page is how I don't get how "The Game" is considered this sport's biggest rivalry. None of the talking points Michigan fans have are from their lifetimes. They just get shytted on year by year in every conceivable manner by the other team. From personal experience and stories, the Iron Bowl has been quite competitive since the early to mid 80s, which is generally a time span most adults can concretely remember and feel these games. It's only gotten more competitive since then. But based on that rivalry, Michigan had a choke hold during the 80s and then got fukking parkinson's somewhere during the late 90s and are just flailing around choking on their own vomit at this point. I'm not naming a top rivalry seriously, but whichever one someone picks, it shouldn't be one that hasn't been back and forth competitive in like 50 years.

Exactly. LSU fans can be submissive to Alabama every year and sweep that L under the rug, but saved all that energy to make 1000 excuses for Les for the longest. Cause you know if he won that Auburn game, and finished the season exactly the way it went, he would've kept his job. It still would've been another mediocre ass season with getting piped by Bama, but everybody would've been cool with it. This dude @O.iatlhawksfan should be grateful, I know Silkk's only agenda is to see Orgeron succeed, which is a weird ass coach to stan, but I get why he ain't agreeing (even though his slurred ass hero wouldn't even be in the videos if it wasn't for how that game went)

I rewatch the game last night there's no way anyone who watch that thought the better team won. We loss by 5 we missed a FG, fumbled y'all rdzone, and didn't capitalized off a forced TO. Despite all that it still went down to the last second. Yu claim y'all run defense was dominate but we had 220 yards on 32 carries, Fournette busted a lot of big runs and Guice had a 50 yard run. In comparison yu guys had 49 runs for 154 yards. Y'all had one scoring drive of over 70 yards the whole game, auburn just had a great FG kicker. Y'all kept running it up the gut on us and consistently getting 3-4. That was our main weakness on defense since we loss Lacoture in the offseason, look at the Florida game.


Either way Les was not goin to last the whole season because yu could see from the Wisconsin game he was not goin to change anything up. And the next loss was goin to do him in. We prolly would have loss the next week to Missouri.
