...theses schools keep screwing over brothas. you give the man a five year contract, let him do what he can in five.....they haven't been s**t in 5+ years. they'll let a white boy coach come in unproven, do the same #s and give him his four or five years and probably let him leave with dignity.
i'm tired of seeing these schools do this to the brothas, and i never thought i'd see texas continue the trend.

Not to mention, you don't lose to Kansas and get blown out by TCU every year. Perhaps if it was the 80s, they would be patient with coaches. But not today. What I do see coming is Willie building a more talented team than we (Oregon) have ever had, regardless of wins/losses. He has quickly put in work on the recruiting trail and us Duck fans haven't had anybody recruit like this.
He has one of the best recruiting staffs, I can only hope we keep most of it together for a while.
