I think you guys are overlooking the fact that Frost really likes it in Orlando and likes his team. Just had a baby. Just bought a pricey ass house in Winter Park. He might be trying to build something before inevitably moving on to somewhere bigger.

I mean shyt, he may go to Nebraska, but don’t completely throw out the idea of him staying at UCF for a bit longer.

If he can make Rutgers relevant. He can make Tenn relevant. He's a college coach. That hard ass approach doesn't work well in the NFL if you haven't won shyt.

Its easier to exceed expectations at a place like Rutgers than meet expectations at a place like Tenn.

Schiano was able to Get Ray Rice & Kenny Britt and be competitive against wack competition.

He needs to recruit across the board at Tenn and Beat much better teams than those Big East teams Rutgers was facing.

Schiano is no different from Butch Jones if you compare their coaching resume before the Tenn job.
